PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County woman is facing a felony charge after being accused of an attempted carjacking. The Pike County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police responded to an assault at a Zebulon grocery store. Police say a woman was ambushed as she got out of her vehicle by another woman who tried to take her keys. PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Two Magoffin County men have been indicted on federal charges of enticing minors to engage in sexual activity, in separate cases. Jason Back, 42, of Painters Lick, is charged with one count of online enticement for incidents in March of 2023. Meanwhile, Jordan Cobb, 32, of Coon Creek, is charged one count of online enticement for incidents taking place in April and May of 2023, as well as one count of cyberstalking for attempting to intimidate a minor back in June of 2024. FLAT GAP, Ky. — A Johnson County woman faces up to 10 years in prison, after being arrested for a stabbing. Police were called to an address at Williams Branch, at Flat Gap, Friday afternoon, over a report of an altercation between a man and woman.
